For most of my life, I led a pretty sedentary lifestyle. That never seemed to be a problem for me until I hit my 40’s…this would be the start of years of yo-yo dieting and being out of shape. I never felt that I was very athletic and was always intimidated by the gym so I would try various workout programs that I did on my own and experiment with numerous diets to try to lose weight and get in shape. Yes, it would work, for a while, then I would lose interest and find myself back at square one yet again.

Finally, I hit a point where I felt horrible…I didn’t even recognize myself in the mirror. I realized that I couldn’t do it on my own. I decided to hire a personal trainer to be my guide and hold me accountable. Since that time I have competed in 7 bodybuilding competitions (my first one at the age of 50!) and 4 years of lifting competitions in PowerX at The Arnold Sports Festival. All done in a healthy and balanced way!

As we age, we can naturally lose muscle mass which can lead to increased health risks. You can help combat this loss with strength training and proper nutrition along with aerobic conditioning for overall health benefits.

SERVICES

 

Personal Training

Small group training sessions that are designed to work every major muscle group, plus cardio training. Maximum group size is 5 clients which allows for more personalized training while also enjoying the energy and camaraderie that comes from training with others in a group.

 

Nutrition Coaching

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition is the foundation of good health! All of my training packages include nutrition coaching. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day and reach your goals.

 
 

Online Programming

If you prefer to work out on your own schedule but you need accountability and a roadmap to guide you, my Online Programming option is a good fit for you. Let me design a total fitness plan that will be delivered to you via my training app to help you reach your goals. This option is a hands-on approach with scheduled virtual calls as well as open communication through the training app.
